The parties desire to modify the contract to add 8 additional Early Head Start slots increasing the number of slots from 47 to 55, and to provide compensation as follows.  Children First, Inc. annual payment will increase from $130, 660 to $144,004, and the amount of the monthly payments will increase from $13,066 per month for 47 slots, to $15,290 per month for 55 slots, beginning December, 2013 through May, 2014, with payments to be made by the 15th of each month.

That the Addendum to the Contract between Children First, Inc. and The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida be approved.
